Aaron was in a professional golf tourney this past weekend in Ruidoso. Aaron got to go to Ruidoso on Monday, while I stayed at home to work...which I found to be very unfair, but I guess it wasnt that bad. Aaron's first round was Wednesday morning, so as I worked, he took on the mountain golf course for his first ever professional tourney, that he played in as an amateur. Well things did not go the way we would of like for them to go but he had fun, and still had one more round to play. Thursday he teed off about the time I was at my Dr.'s appointment. I was so nervous for him. I just wanted him to play good, or better than the day before. After my dr. appointment, mom and I headed to Sudan so we could get on the road to Ruidoso. We ended up flying, which I was very nervous about. I love to fly, but I havent flown since I got preggo and I especially havent flown in a small plane while it was cloudy. The flight went great and the baby sleep the whole time. Due to Aaron's rain delay, we were able to get to the golf course before he finished playing for the day. It was pretty dark when we got there, and Aaron didnt even get to finish his round. So at 6am Friday morning, I got up to watch him play his final 4 holes. He did so much better his second round, I was so proud of him. The baby was proud of his daddy too. I think he knew his daddy was playing golf, he usually doesnt move that early in the morning, but once he heard his daddy tee off the first time, he was awake and kicking. Aaron didnt make the cut, but he had a blast. One of Aaron's teammates from Wayland was playing to and he did make the final cut, so we watched Mikel play a little on Friday. I had so much fun, I wish I could have watched more, but I was not about to walk that course. Saturday morning, we had to get up and fly home, I had a family reunion in Amherst last weekend. It was a pretty bumpy ride home, but the more bumpy it got, the more the baby kicked. I guess he loved the ups and downs of the bumps. It was so cute!!! He loved it. So I am not sure if we have a golfer or a pilot on our hands, but I have a feeling he will love both. I will have my hands full in the future!! Here are a couple of pictures from the golf tourney.

Gotta love the wildlife in the mountains.
