Ruidoso vacay 2014

We finally made it to Ruidoso before the summer ended. This is the boys favorite place to go. Our weekend was filled with golf, horse races, enjoying the rain, playing with friends, more golf with pop and memaw, riding the ponies, playing on the best playground ever, more visiting with friends, exploring in the forrest, go carts, watching the river run, and finally more horse races. We love our time at "Granny's house in the mountains" and we don't get to go enough! Can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful vacay with my favorite people. Love making these memories with my boys! After all the fun...it was time for a nap!!

Lake time

Miles has been begging all summer to go fishing and camping. Let's be honest...I am not the camping type...I need a shower and my own toilet. We were headed to San Angelo for a birthday party for a little cousin, so I thought we could "camp out" I found this marina that had cabins you could stay in...PERFECT!!!

So we loaded up and went fishing and camping and played in the lake. It was a fast trip, but the boys loved it!!!

We will for sure do this in the future...I just need a boat 😉

I love making these memories with my boys!!

Miles goes to Pre-K

How in the world can my sweet boy be in Pre-K? This has been a hard transition for me, not only is he growing up to fast, but he is going to a school that I didn't go to. If we would have sent him to Sudan, I think it would have been easier on my. I am trusting God and believe that Littlefield is where we are supposed to be (for now)

He is super excited to be going to "wildcat school" so that makes things so much easier! I can't wait to hear all about his day every day when we pick him up! I know it's going to be a super fun year for him and that makes my heart happy!!

I am also excited (and nervous) to see what these two get into together
