I can not believe you are already 1/2 a year old!!! Where has the time gone??? You are growing up so fast. You are such a character and make you daddy and me laugh all the time.
- You have started eating solids. You have had apples, pears, and sweet potatoes. And rice. You really dont like to eat...kinda strange.
- At your 6 month check up you weighed 16lbs 10 oz and you are 27 inches long.
- You finally have moved up to size 2 diapers, mommy kept you in size 1's for to long, but you already need to go up to size 3.
-You were size 3-6 month clothes. You need to wear 6-9 for the length, but everything just falls off of you if we do that. You are finally starting to gain weight, so hopefully soon everything will start fitting better.
-We have taken you off your acid reflux medicine and so far you have done really good.
-It was a really hard month for us, you got an ear infection, starting teething, the 2 bottom teeth (at the same time) and you got Hand Foot and Mouth disease...(and started off month 7 with another ear infection). BUT you are finally better.
- With all of the sickness that you have had, you have not eaten that well this month, but you are back on track now.
-You can almost sit up by yourself...so close but you get to excited and you just fall over.
- We dont have to swaddle you at night anymore!!! YAY!!!
- You dont like to be rocked or held when it is time for you to go to sleep....you just want to be laid down, makes me a little sad.
- You LOVE being outside. You have been "swimming" a couple of times now. But we have to be very careful with you outside...yous skin is a little (very) fair. But we cover you up and put lots of sun screen on so you can enjoy being outside.
- You can roll over, but you get really mad when you wake up in the morning and you are on your stomach. I guess it is to early in the mornings for you just to roll back over to you back.
- You still wake up 1 to 2 times a night to eat, hopefully that will start to change soon.
- You are talking even more! You have said "dada" a couple of times, but you dont know you are doing it.
- You are still has ticklish as ever...you giggle and scream when we tickle you. Too cute.
- You love your cousins!!! They entertain you so much and you love to watch them!! I hope they are not teaching you to much!
You have been such a joy to us! We love you very very much! I can not believe it has already been 6 months, but I can not wait until the next 6 months! I am sure you will have many more surprises in store for us!!! Love you munchkin
