So we decided that it was time to take Miles to the golf course for his very first round of golf.
We loaded up the diaper bag; diapers; wipes; sunscreen; hat; drinks; toys; books; snacks; and more snacks.
Ok we are ready. We took both vehicles, because I knew that if Miles got cranky Aaron would not leave the course.
It was pretty that morning, a little chilly, but still pretty.
Oh Littlefield Country Club…not the best, but probably not the worse and its all we got now. (Aaron’s already talked about becoming a member, I am thrilled)
Here my boys are getting ready to tee of for the first time.
Miles watching daddy from the golf cart.
sometimes daddy took to long and he couldn’t set still anymore.
for the most part, he was more interested in running around and playing with one of daddy’s golf balls
or playing with one of the clubs'; or stealing the flag.
seriously, he could have cared less what his daddy was doing, after all he had a golf ball…what else is there in the world?
he practiced his driving
and his chipping
because, practice makes perfect.
or helped daddy put his clubs up
he is such a big boy.
helping daddy drive (he is not the best driver)
He was amazed with the flag. I am pretty sure that was his favorite thing. He usually cried when we took it away from him
Here you go daddy, I help.
Ok daddy, I really just don’t care anymore
Playing in the grass
Eating the dirt
Running around, up and down the hills.
and laughing at daddy (not sure what he is doing, but I like to thing he is laughing at his daddy)
He made it all 18 holes and for the most party did really well. He loved the golf cart and loved running around. He was not a fan of having to get back in the golf cart and stop running around.
But he tries to hit the ball with the club, so maybe we have the next great golfer on our hands, but I will settle for him being just like his daddy.
